DESCRIPTION — Lemon curd, pineapple, apricot, jasmine, chamomile.  Lanolin, long grapefruit pith finish.   Could age well up to 8-10 years. 

BACKGROUND — Grown at Bellefox Vineyard, Monticello AVA at 780' elevation, Hayesville loam soil.  Barrel aged 9 months in neutral oak. Jake Busching, Winemaker.

PAIRS WITH — Squash ravioli, shrimp scampi, braised chicken, anything with butter.
